Our windows in the lounge/bedroom and bathroom were all steamed up. The frames appeared to be in reasonable condition so we asked Steve for a quote. He came to see us and explained how easy it would be to replace the glass rather than the whole window. Although we hadn't had a quote for replacement windows we didn't think it would be cheap. We decided to have the bathroom and lounge completely replaced and one pane in the bedroom, his quote was very reasonable and much less than complete replacement windows. He not only replaced the glass but all the seals and tightened the handles. He worked non stop and did the entire job in one day. I noticed he cleaned all the glass inside and out and was careful not to cause or leave any mess. His work ethics are outstanding, plus he is so pleasant and friendly. We would recommend him to anyone and have nothing but praise for him and his son.

I had put up with a couple of misted up bedroom windows for ages, thinking I'd have to replace the whole thing. I was delighted with Steve's honest explanation that the glass only needed replacing. We had 17 windows changed at great value for money - Definitely the way to go instead of changing the complete window. Even though a couple of windows had a couple of obstacles (shutters fitted to the inside) this did not phase Steve as he removed and replaced them without any damage or fuss.
